Non-profit organization founded in 2005 and recognized as Entity of Public Utility by the Municipality of Mata de São João, municipality to which belong the localities of Praia do Forte and Imbassaí. Over the years, the Institute has transformed the lives of thousands of people living in the villages of the North Coast of Bahia, promoting professional training and inclusion in the labor market through intermediation with hotel and tourism enterprises in the region.
